and other necessary forms to form an entity.

submit your paperwork (time permitting) to the state at *no additional charge, PRIOR TO THE END OF THE DAY.

*We will NOT charge extra for submitting completed paperwork to the state. The state will charge
approximately $170 (credit card is mandatory) to process articles of incorporation or articles of organization in an
expedited manner, and the process should take less than a week.
Cancellation Policy - Refund requests before October 20, 2011
may be honored, but a $50 cancellation charge will apply. No refund requests will be honored after October 19, 2011.
Not responsible for, and requests for refunds will not be honored in cases due to lateness, weather related issues or any
other unforeseen circumstances.
