Appointments are taken M-F 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM, and Sat 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The following could be critical in preparing your return. 
                                                
Info on your first-time homebuyer credit in 2008.   
Prescriptions, co-pays, dental, vision and health insurance premiums
End-of-year 401K statement from your former job
End of year 401K statement from your current job
End-of-year  IRA statements
Other investments statements
Master card/visa, or your checkbook, with funds available THAT day.
End-of-year interest statements from credit unions, banks, etc., for 2010
End-of-year mortgage statements from all lenders during 2010.
All info regarding sales of stocks during 2010, including purchase dates and price.
2009 tax return (if prepared by someone else). 
Settlement papers of any homes you purchased, sold or REFINANCED in 2010.
Names, birth dates, ages, and social security numbers of all dependents.
Names, SS#’s (or fed ID), and addresses of your child's daycare providers, and the amounts you paid in 2010.
Proof of tuition & books paid in 2010 for full or part-time studies for you, your spouse or any of your dependents. Private school for elementary through high school excluded.

 Business owners – income/expense spreadsheets or bank statements with canceled checks and TOTALED receipts for items purchased with cash.

Any job expenses that you incurred such as supplies, gifts to employees, and mileage while performing your job (not mileage from home to work), and/or job search expenses.
W-2'S from ALL jobs held at any time during 2010 and unemployment compensation.
Yearly statement showing retirement income (pensions or social security) for 2010
 Student loan interest information
 Rental property income and expenses
 Amounts paid for insulation, exterior doors, windows and water heaters
 Casualty/theft information from 2010, including date of event
